Why did you choose WIH/Brown OB/GYN?
Brown was my first and favorite interview. The people are incredible- intelligent and accomplished but also down to earth and committed to each other. This program is academically strong with fabulous teachers and unique opportunities like the BRIGHT track and the breast rotation. I came home afterwards feeling even more motivated to become an Ob/Gyn. I found myself comparing every other interview to Brown the rest of the season.
What are your interests within OB/GYN?
General Ob/Gyn, Family planning, Global Health, Medical Education. I'm keeping an open mind!
What is your favorite thing to do in Providence or Rhode Island?
Eat amazing food, relax at Roger Williams Park and the beach.
Where do you live?
East Side/Fox Point
One fun fact about you:
I love painting with acrylics and doing other creative crafting when I have free time.
One piece of advice for candidates:
Find your people and go with your gut! Outside of interviews enjoy the opportunity to travel to new places and reconnect with old friends. My favorite way to recharge was going to different botanical gardens for plant therapy.
