Biography
Why did you choose WIH/Brown OB/GYN?
I felt like this program would most support me in becoming a kind, thoughtful OB/GYN that provided excellent clinical care while being involved in research and advocacy work. I wanted a program that had a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and to caring for underserved communities, as well as a supportive culture, and it was clear to me from my conversations with the faculty and residents that I had found that here at Brown/ WIH.

General, Peds/Adolescent, Family planning
What is your favorite thing to do in Providence or Rhode Island?
Walking around the different neighborhoods, driving to the beaches nearby

Federal Hill
One fun fact about you:
My go-to: I went to the Junior Olympics for Tae Kwon Do as a child and won a gold and a silver medal.
One piece of advice for candidates:
Get to know your co-applicants and make friends along the trail; it makes the interview dinners and days much more enjoyable. Plus, some of them will be your co-interns and they all will be your future colleagues.
