Megan Duckworth, MD (She/Her)
Biography
Why did you choose WIH/Brown OB/GYN?
I knew WIH was right for me through my experiences as a medical student at Brown-- I am so lucky I got to stay! I saw that my training would be rigorous, high volume, and have a cornerstone in social and reproductive justice. I also wanted to learn the fundamentals of healthy labor from midwives. As Rhode Island is such a small state, I knew that my voice as a physician could really carry weight at the State House. Lastly, I wanted my son to grow up in Rhode Island by the ocean!
