Bethany Dubois, MD, MS (She/Her)
Biography
Why did you choose WIH/Brown OB/GYN?
Beyond being in an affordable, vibrant city near my closest family and friends, once I heard Dr. Tuuli (the chair of Ob/Gyn) speak, I knew this program "walked the walk" and aligned with my values of social justice. At a standalone women's hospital, and a L&D floor with both MFM and midwives on our teaching team, I knew I would develop strong clinical skills that would serve me as either a general or fellowship-trained Ob/Gyn. As I was reflecting on my interviews, I realized that I spent most of my time with Brown laughing, talking about my passions, and feeling comfortable -- and to me, that comfort and ease was critical to knowing I would be supported and my best self as a future resident.
